Shipping Policy
Our skin care business ships products within 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received. We offer standard shipping options which usually take an additional 3-5 business days for domestic orders, and 7-14 business days for international orders. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays. Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy for cosmetics allows for returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that the product has been used no more than 25%. Products that have been used beyond this limit are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that all returned products must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
